Robert is the only person who climbed up the roof and advised on the suitability of the existing roof panels to avoid future leaking issues Ie the health status of the existing roof. I was advised to fix some of the existing roof panels first and the installation journey had been very smooth with Rob informing us of the installation stages. He exudes a professional image that one can trust him with the work. We have been looking for solar installers for a while and was working with several for quotation for comparison. Finally we settled with the local installer as I believe there could be after service that can be readily accessible . We had some hiccups with usage monitoring system that I could access via my Hp. It didn’t impact the actual functioning of the solar system but I would like to have the convenience of viewing from my HP. He replaced with another brand in the end without charges out of his own pocket instead of continue with the problematic brand. There was a leaking episode at the ceiling downlight . Straightaway, I called Rob to check if it was due to the Solar Panel installation. He promptly arranged for inspection and advised me that it was the screw issue at the apex region. These are the little little after services that he attended to promptly. I am grateful to Go Green to be so attentive to a ignorant person like me, and cleared all my doubts. He gave logical advice and has never been demanding for the sale. I felt very comfortable all the while during the installation process and after service. He went extra miles to clear my doubts and helped me with all the techno stuff.

Rob was the only installer that actually got on my roof & inspected everything. Explained, systems & batteries and gave extremely good advise. Answered all my questions when I was comparing companies. Very professional install & helped many times when I couldn’t get the app going. Was probably about $800 more than other quotes but I think the product & company are worth it.
