Installer Comments

The company folded one week after installation so I now have no installation warranty and no technical assistance. The company was liquidated due to trading insolvent and has re-emerged as 'straya energy solutions and tried to bill me for an amount that is unwarranted and unspecified! I do not recommend dealing with them or Paul or Brendan Eldridge.

Installer Comments

Unresponsive after installation. Difficulties with metering and generation parameters not addressed. Have not provided VRC. Further cost to get system sorted by third party. Disappointed your service includes non-accreddited installers.
