Diamond Energy Asset Holdings Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamond Energy Pty Ltd, acquired the assets and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) of Express Solar in June 2017.
If you purchased your solar system outright from Express Solar (you have paid in full for the system), then the solar system at your property is your own asset, and not owned by us. If you have any concerns or queries about the operation of your system, we recommend contacting a local solar provider or a level 2 electrician or contact Smith Hancock Chartered Accountants, the appointed Express Solar liquidator.
