Have had a few issues and they are very difficult to contact. This afternoon the solar unit went into alarm and shut down and no one is answering the phone

Stand alone system, well engineered. Have never met such an efficient, punctual crew, who always did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it. And an extremely nice bunch as well. Have had excellent refunds from electricity provider (over $1,000 at times).
