We recently engaged Oti Power to install our solar system on our house in Robina. If you are reading this, you may well be going through the bamboozling mind field of information and misinformation out there regarding solar, which we did. On doing research it was very hard to decide who to choose and trust. We were going to use another installer initially until we came across Peter and OTI power. Peter and the team go out of their way to provide the best service in the market and we would confidently refer them to others. They were well priced, but better still the service was second to none. The install went very smoothly and professionally and the after service has been great also. We have had issues with our current energy provider in upgrading our meter since the install which had nothing to do with OTI power. However they ‘held our hand’ through the process to get a satisfactory outcome. I confidently believe they will be there in the future for us if we have questions or queries.
