Good value and flexible

The team offered a good deal with run out model LG Chem battery. They were very flexible and on request added a timed circuit for hot water. They also came back to fix a minor mistake very quickly. And they assisted with a warranty claim on the battery. We will use them again for an up coming install on our new house
Solar Panel - Jinko
Have had no problems, however our install with half of panels NW and half NE very rarely reaches more than 5kw
Solar Inverter - SolaX
Has been a very reliable unit. The lower output of 4.6kw for consumption is a little disappointing.... But I guess we didn't do that research properly The app and monitoring is quite reliable. Doesn't really have. A proper delineation of self consumption versus grid export.... But I think you need an extra drid monitor connected for that.
Battery - LG Chem
The price point was great being a run out model and smaller 6.4kwh. however it's not enough to run a household of 2 people especially with he limited output. But to their credit LG has been great to deal with, we had a warranty issue which was very smooth. Then we have been notified by them of every time there is a recall. However so far ours has not had recall work
