We were pleased to choose a local installation company. Pre-sales contact was very good and the proactive approach was a factor in us choosing the company. We had difficulty getting information from the company after we signed the contract. This included limited warning of installation date even though we asked so that we could plan. No reply to request for account information/receipt after we had paid for the system. It took some time for us to get a company representative on-site after the installation to go through the features of the system. The quality of installation and functioning of the system is all good.
