What a fantastic company! Installed by the owner with great support and instructions on how to check the system working. If you are looking for a new solar system in the Gold Coast area - look NO FURTHER than 4SURESOLAR (this is an honest review and I have not received any benefits from making this statement)

Sure Solar installed an Enphase system on my roof and completed the job. Nice and friendly staff, easy to deal with. However the next day I log onto the system through the phone app and 14/25 inverters do not work. I don't understand how you can walk away from a commissioned system with only half of it working (and not communicate this to me!). It's been over a month now and the issue is still not resolved so very unhappy.

Feedback from Sure Solar is that they installed EnPhase inverters that are not compliant with Australian Standards.

Very responsive in the quoting stage and very helpful. However, communication between departments was less than optimal as they did not have all parts prepared for the installation. Took 5 weeks and many follow-ups to get someone out to complete the work. Up until then was very happy. Shame it had a bad ending.

I chose Sure Solar due to the sales person taking the time to understand my needs and to help me choose the most suitable system. However, once the order was taken I didn't hear from them again and everything was then left up to the installer to complete the process (ironically the installer was another company that I did not choose but had quoted). I think Sure Solar could also have followed up with a quick call once installation was complete to ensure I was happy with the installation process, and to check I could use and understand the monitoring app on my phone. Overall I would recommend Sure Solar but I think their after-sales service can be greatly improved.

The installation of our system went smoothly and SureSolar were very easy to deal with and professional at all times. There were a few issues when we received the invoice but these were quickly sorted out. I selected a Fronius Primo inverter which is operating well but the OEM website is not very helpful to get the SolarWeb monitoring software operational when an install issue arises.
