Very attentive before signing up. BUT ...... No personal visit, all done using GoogleEarth, consequently panels did not fit on roof correctly. All sorts of guarantees promised before the sale, have not been able to get anything in writing since they've got paws on the money !! Poorly installed by sub-contractor with little experience. Absolutely NO after sales service at all
