Installation was great, however found out a few months later that my inverter has the ability to monitor individual panels (which wasn't set up at installation). Contacted Clipsal for a "panel layout plan" in my app, but they have never done this. Aside from this minor issue, very happy with the system and how it works.

Seemed to be very competent in what they did. Ongoing issue with the SolarEdge app which seems to measure the consumption with an error of about 30%. Clipsal app not used, everything I need is in the Solar Edge app. First thing I knew that installation was about to happen was when the guys arrived to install the safety barriers - no advance notice that it was about to happen. Sales are very good at exploring different system sizes and configurations. Good reports produced. Install quoted extra for long cables but ended up changing the panel arrangement to make the cabling shorter. Not offered a refund of the extra cost quoted.
Solar Panel - Hyundai
Panels seem okay. The app is reporting that one panel is producing less than those adjacent to it. Will need to be looked at.
Solar Inverter - SolarEdge
App is good but inaccurate by up to 30%. Not good. Otherwise the inverter appears t o do what it is supposed to. The installation guys had problems configuring it but sorted it out in the end. No user manual or information for the owner about the inverter. All the information provided is about installation.
