Unethical behaviour from Forwood Energy Group. We Paid Forwood Energy Group a deposit of $3,900 in a bank transfer to order and install a new 13.3kw solar system on the 11/3/2023. They have failed to come and install. So we have asked for a refund. Now we cannot get a refund and they do not answer any of the 3 numbers they advertise, nor do they answer any emails or TXT. My advice is Do Not use this Business.
