Installer Comments

Installation process was very good. A few glitches which were overcome mostly. No follow-up, which is disappointing, as the back-up generator doesn't operate as it's meant to, so that's stressful, but otherwise no major issues.

They claimed that a single phase inverter can work for my 3 phase system, but after installation I found out that the system was not working and most my appliances are getting power from the grid. They misled me by their poor design. They haven't done anything to rectify the problem.
