About Rescom Solar
Rescom Solar was founded to provide quality solar system installations, every time. We aim to provide the pre-sale and after-sale support that gives you confidence in your decision to install a solar system.
We have built a team of experienced installers and knowledgeable sales people who share our vision to build a name and reputation that separates our business from other solar installers. Our installation director has been designing and installing solar systems since 2007 and has installed over 2 MW of solar power. Our CEC accredited design and installation team deliver high performance solar systems for residential and commercial buildings.
In addition to our experience and expertise we offer a 10 year workmanship warranty on each installation. We recommend quality solar brands with solid warranties and proven performance.

I needed a special setup to protect my KOI pond and reduce my huge power bills and after trying many companies I came across the team at Resom Solar and thye provided an excellent solution. Leon was my sales engineer and he understood what I wanted to achieve in the way of ensuring I do not lose power to my KOI in an outage and a reduction in my daily running costs. The sytem is now fully installed and using Amber I can see my daily usage and costs and yesterday my running cost was $0.37 and my feedback payment was $2.12 down from $15.00 to $20.00 per day and feedback of $0.53. An amazing result and far better then I could have forecast when I started trying to find a solution. The Rescom team and their installer found and installed the best solution for my situation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for solar solutions. On time and a first class job. Happy with the installation only took one day to install. Happy with the system overall, 10Kwh is enough to run an average household. Recommend Sungrow inverter and Jinko Solar panels. I also had to install 2 inverters because of 2 separate single phases in the circuit breaker box

I spent some time on working out what might be a good mix of brands and equipment to use at my property which has some shading. I gathered quite a few quotes and options but settled on Rescom whom matched quotes and offered excellent value for money. Alex was very efficient, and once the booking was made we had the system installed within a week. Installation went well with only delay being having smart meter installed from the retailer 2 wks post. I was very happy with the options provided and very impressed with the SolarEdge Inverter and associated APP.

After a lot of research and quotes we went with Rescom because Leon did a terrific job addressing our many questions and changes of mind. It is an incredibly complex process wading through a lot of research and while a lot of installers were fantastic, Leon went that extra mile to sweeten and customise to suit our needs. Despite that, we did have a hitch on the day when they realised our aging roof couldn't support the panels. But a quick solution was found and everything went ahead. Moral of the story - make sure anybody quoting actually gets on your roof to check out the actual layout and composition. Most just do a Google Map of your property which is cutting corners.

The inverter works ok, but we kept getting error messages which Sungrow failed to properly address. Claimed it was a software problem but didn't send anybody out and even our installer had problems getting a satisfactory response from them. Fom reviews it looks like they've dropped the ball a lot with after sales support.

Our house is relatively small, gabled and aligned North/South next to a 2 storey house on the Eastern side. Rescom came up with a panel layout that will give maximum output, summer and winter, with no shading. They were very professional and honest. I accidently overpaid them and they notified me and arranged immediate repayment. Rescom is unhesitatingly recommended.

Not sure if I put in my quote comparison notes about three phase power, however I have 3-phase and so the inverter required in the end was much more expensive. Also, if panels are on different parts of the roof then need a dual input-something inverter, which is also a different price. It would have been good if there's a box to tick or select that means the quote given is accurate. Original quotes were all 6600 for the three installers, Trina or Phono panels and SMA or another brand I've forgotten, single phase. Ended up going with 16 x Rec panels, SMA inverter 5kw three phase. Door knock installer offered $10140 for Phono panels and unknown inverter.
