Installer Comments

After 5 months we finally got the equipment installed however the installation failed inspection, has not worked at all, has not generated 1KW of power and we have waited 3 weeks for someone to attend and get it working. We are still waiting, but this has not stopped RVB ringing every week demanding payment, even when neither the battery nor the Inverter was installed. RVB Solar should be struck off the Services Victoria Selected Installers list as they obviously can not complete installations and I rather suspect the warranty period will be only 3 days till the payment is cleared. Do Not Use this Company.
