Scam scam scam! Absolute thieves. Took deposit and now not returning calls and websites have shut down.

Sold me a battery, rescheduled 3 times but on the third time I checked to see if they had even lodged the paperwork to Synergy and Western Power, they had not, so I asked for a refund of my deposit, this has been ongoing for 3 months and they no longer respond to calls, texts or emails. They’re a scam company, avoid at all costs! I also found out after going through a different company that the kit they sold me wouldn’t have been compatible anyway. This was just another head shaking moment. Go with a company registered through the CEC, not these cowboys.

Skylight Energy installed solar panels on my roof 3 years ago. The installer installed a panel in a shaded area which caused the panel to overheat and become a fire risk. They refused to fix it and didn't respond to correspondence. Unfortunately, I was out of time to complain to Fair Trading and noting can be done. DO NOT use this company to instal solar panels. Many many bad reviews!!

They didn’t install, and just kept my deposit.

The installation process seamless, they arrived on time and completed the entire job, including integrating the solar panels with my existing power infrastructure, in just half a day, the technicians ensuring that every aspect of the installation was functioning. For almost 4 years the system has been working without any issues since its installation. Dealing with Skylight Energy as a company was also a pleasure. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly.
