Service was great until the unit was installed in March 2023. ( months lkater discover that Energy Australia has never received the paperwork to connect the solar to the grid. After numerouse calls to Bhakti and no return calls.. now when you call all we get is an answering service screening calls. Still no solar rebate and another company is wanting to charge us to inspect and send off the correct paperwork to Energy Australia. Stay away from this company happy to take your money(from elderly retired people) but not provide any service afterwards to ensure things are going well. very poor service and company to not deal with..

We found Bhakti from solution to be fantastic.Nothing was to much trouble and her team were also great.She was also very honest telling us a 3kw system was all we need when others wanted to sell us a 6kw. Would certainly recommend Bhakti.

Met with sales rep Signed his quotation on the day for Alpha 10kwh battery and inverter system and paid deposit. After two weeks past install date had to contact Company. A different unit was delivered and the rep was contacted and we were told the 10kwh unit on the contract was an administrative error and the system wouldnt work with our 4kw panels. They continued and installed the incorrect 5kwh Alpha battery with 3kw Goodwe inverter. After much complaining and contacting consumer affairs the installed system was replaced with the 5-10kwh system as origionally signed for after 3 1/2 months. To date we are happy with the system and it works fine
