True Value Solar went bust approx 6 months after my installation. My Bosch inverter started having a few minor issues within the warranty period of 5 years but have no one to go to check under warranty.

Having minor issues of inverter shutting down at random but does eventually (5 to 10 minutes) come back on. sometimes shutting down 4 times a day.

At the time best value for the Type of system I got and the parts used but the installer did not put panels in the agreed spots from the agreed design and did not talk about changing anything on the roof and the installer took a long time to submit forms for the energy retailer to start paying credits.

ended up not having the system installed after unprofessional installers (WASP Electrical) left without doing install. (not being happy with being caught bullshitting) TVS eventually returned most of moneys paid after the Office of Consumer Affairs got involved.

I placed my order with True Value on 28/02/2016 to date installation has not commenced. 09/06/2016. They have been hard to contact & not forthcoming with details when they have been available.

Prompt, Friendly, not pushy. Electricians who installed it were informative and careful. As we had cathedral ceilings, this meant they had to run lots of external conjute. Although this took them longer than expected, the install cost was not affected.

One dissatisfied customers , I have chose the system on the future energy bill to be reduced, have had many conversations with the sales person and was assured that will be the case .......have had the system for over a year since August , and in total my saving on all my bills were only $156.96 .......in this rate the system will not pay for itself in my life time......the worst mistake I did putting the system Have had number of correspondents with the company and had no joy , was told that I should be happy to save the environment and its not all about saving money ... IM CONFUSED I TRULY THOUGH ITS ABOUT SAVING MONEY !!!! , have asked them to check my transcripts of the conversation I had with them , no joy again !!! , they have assured me that the system will pay its self within 3 years, before my purchase and also was told the there will be noticeable cuts to my energy .......not sure as to what do do now .....I just wish them to take the system of my roof and give me my money back .......and than it will keep me in credit to pay my bills ......I only did put the system to cut the energy bills and to set ourselves for better retirement ....... Did not want to go with the company that I did but others didn't even bother quoting and only ones who did were more than double the price
