Great customer service from the start and installation was completed ahead of schedule and very professionally. I had an issue with the hot water timer not keeping time and they came back and replaced it, no questions asked. The inverter failed after 26 months. It took a few days to get a reply from my phone call and emails to Eastcoast Energy for technical support. In the meantime I went direct to Sungrow who quickly advised it needed replacement and a warranty claim was raised on 28/10/22. The replacement unit arrived on 3/11/22 but unfortunately Eastcoast Energy's lone Townsville installer had been seconded to Cairns to do installs up there. He's back today (14/11) and just called to advise he will swap over the inverter this afternoon. I would recommend Eastcoast Energy Solutions.

Solar Inverter - Sungrow
Minor annoyance: you lose access to the inverter's wi-fi dongle when the sun goes down, so you can't check live power consumption at night. The inverter failed after 26 months. Sungrow say there was an overvoltage alert after power was restored following an outage but it was about 5 days afterwards it started throwing internal module failure alerts. Raised a warranty claim with Sungrow on 28/10/22 and the replacement inverter arrived on 3/11/22.
