Solar Inverter - Growatt
The inverter has worked perfectly since install. Great support when required, even though Growatt was not at fault. Recently the voltage in our area was too high due to grid issues, causing the solar system to shut down as the voltage exceeded the normal limits. I contacted "Now Solar" and they arranged for the Growatt team to quickly make adjustments to our Inverter (remotely) so it could handle the unusually high voltage in our area. Really quick and effective support.

From first contact I was impressed with Mitch from Now Solar. He was very professional & only too happy to explain what he believed my needs would be, the different types of inverters and panels and what were key points to look for when deciding. The quote I received was extremely competitive so before accepting I did quite a bit of research on MLEC Contracting the installation company which is 100% West Australian owned and found that Now Solar are a subsidiary company of MLEC. I felt confident going with a company involved from quotation to installation. It was an effortless process for me. The date was booked in 14 days after acceptance & the team arrived on time first thing, worked diligently & by 3pm my inverter and 20 panels were installed & the property was left spotless. I have even had follow up calls to make sure everything is running smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone because they take so much pride in their work & service. I'm confident they'll be there for me if I were have any problems in the future. Support WA is my motto.
