Sales and payment process easy, installation was punctual and quick.
Daryl was good to deal with, supplied good information and answered all my questions was not pushy like many others. I liked the fact that PSF uses their own installers and doesn't rely on contractors. They also offer a good workmanship warranty.
Solar Panel - Suntech
The panels are performing as expected. Early days, only time will tell if they hold up to claimed performance over the years.
Solar Inverter - SAJ
Working as expected although I had to reset it once when it reported an over-voltage fault.
Battery - SAJ
Be aware that of the rated storage (10kWh in my case) only 80% can deliver full power, once 20% capacity is reached the power is throttled back to about 100W. That's not a criticism, it's just reality of battery technology but if you are sizing batteries against your usage patterns then take it into account.

Perth Solar Force were very efficient with the Installation and Cleaned up aftet themselves. After the installation was completed they gave me a full run down on the Panels, Inverter & Full System.

Being nearly 5 years of having it I haven't had any faults or problems Apart from when I changed WiFi Services, but having the instructions on the front of the Inverter Unit made it easy

I am glad we went with PSW. The whole process was smooth and easy. We received great service, fantastic communication, and their processes and documentation were 100%. We were kept up-to-date on every step of the way & we got a great deal. I can and will recommend.
