Still waiting I have paid the deposit for our solar power installation in July 2024, and I am still waiting. It is almost Xmas 2024. I have been trying to contact1KOMMA5 I have left voice mail messages and have sent emails but no one responds to my calls. I feel I have been ripped off as I have paid the deposit and no one from the team wants to assist me or to deliver the product that I signed up for. I am appealing to you please can you assist. I was never provided with a receipt of the deposit of $500. I have a paypal receipt though. Can you please pass my message onto the supervisors as I am not very happy with the service provided so far, or lack thereof. I have consulted the NSW Police and now Fair Trading to assist with at least getting my deposit back as it appears that I wont be getting the system installed as I have not received any feedback or advice from the company. Can you at least do me the courtesy of responding to my review.

Sales process was great, and they delivered on time and as promised. it was a bit difficult to get a response from the installation team but when you did get a response they were helpful and friendly

The company staff were informative, prompt, and professional. They informed and supported me through the process of obtaining the solar rebate. The progress of the installation of high-quality products and on-site contractors was managed well. The on-site contractors worked to a high standard and provided additional information. They called to confirm and update the installation and arrived on site as agreed. I recommend this 1KOMMA5 to anyone interested in going solar.

The installers were on time, cleaned up, explained everything. Then the Battery was installed again it was very seamless, on time, explained everything. Very very happy with every aspect of service from 1KOMMA5°.

From quoting to installation we can't fault this company. They were more than happy to offer many different options for us to choose from, and once we decided on the system and paid our deposit, installation was organised and completed within a week. The installers were very professional and once they'd finished, you wouldn't have know they were here, not a bit of rubbish to be seen. So far very happy with the system we have purchased.

Easy to organise the purchase and make the installation appointment. Sales staff teally helpful and informative. Installation guys were on time, competent and friendly. No mess old panels removed. And it is saving me heaps. What more could I ask for? Thoroughly recommend 1Komma5.

Warranty issues with batteries they installed after a frustrating time I found out 1komma5 was working behind the scenes unknown to me the results was better than expected

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The company responded to my various questions promptly. The installers were courteous and professional.

A great experience from start to finish! We installed a 6.6kW LG Mono X with Enphase microinverters system on our home in January 2021. Pete did a great job of explaining our options to us to help us make an informed choice. Tammy did a great job communicating with us throughout the installation process and the installers were really nice and efficient. They had to do the job over two days because of the weather, but both times the installers communicated with us really well and left the site clean and tidy. Since January our power bills have dropped dramatically despite being in lockdown and working from home, and we love being able to monitor our usage and the panel performance with our Enlighten app from Enphase. Their service team was also quick to offer support when we changed our modem at home and needed assistance reconnecting to the WiFi. We would definitely recommend Solaray to anyone looking for a quality install and great communication.

Solaray took a month to inspect, then another couple of weeks to organise an installation date, then failed to turn up on the day, then gave a flimsy excuse to cancel my order! Pathetic.
