A great experience from start to finish! We installed a 6.6kW LG Mono X with Enphase microinverters system on our home in January 2021. Pete did a great job of explaining our options to us to help us make an informed choice. Tammy did a great job communicating with us throughout the installation process and the installers were really nice and efficient. They had to do the job over two days because of the weather, but both times the installers communicated with us really well and left the site clean and tidy. Since January our power bills have dropped dramatically despite being in lockdown and working from home, and we love being able to monitor our usage and the panel performance with our Enlighten app from Enphase. Their service team was also quick to offer support when we changed our modem at home and needed assistance reconnecting to the WiFi. We would definitely recommend Solaray to anyone looking for a quality install and great communication.

Solaray took a month to inspect, then another couple of weeks to organise an installation date, then failed to turn up on the day, then gave a flimsy excuse to cancel my order! Pathetic.
