Inverter makes a 'screaming noise you can actually hear it blocks away, ear piercing, its really gotta be heard to appreciate, its February, installed June still not fixed, no wifi connection either, no after sales service to speak of

Where to start. There were lockdowns and such which pushed back installation 6-8 months, which I completely understood. I did have to chase them a fair amount for updates, but besides that, whatever - it happens. Then they gave me an update on the original quote, telling me they were giving me an upgrade. They could have downgraded me, I'm not technical and with my experience of them, I wouldn't be surprised. The installation process was very extended as there were faults in the unit which they were slow to fix. Probably 4 times they had to come back. Then I find out that they hadn't installed the blackout provisions - they'd forgot to include them when they revised their quote. At this point I was well past the point of forgiving. They told me that I would have to pay extra for the blackout provisions. I argued that it's not my responsibility to check that their adjustment was accurate, so they brought the price back down to what they quoted originally. FINALLY everything was done and it has been working okay ever since, but from accepted quote to install the process would have taken over a year and probably 10 hours of calls and emails. Cannot emphasise how much I advise consumers to avoid these folks. They were terrible, terrible, terrible.
