Battery - Anker Solix

I am happy with battery performance as a battery. However, my main problem arose after my first blackout. I contacted ADS Solar when the Battery which clearly has a back up feature did not work. I read your reviews on the Battery and it clearly states that a plus with the Anker Solix was its blackout backup feature. ADS Solar advised that önly one in a million" people in metro areas have this feature (I advised that I must then know everyone in Sydney with this feature) and as we did not ask for the feature on installation then it would be at an additional cost ($1,495) . We have been trying to find out what hardware needs to be added (I would suggest none) so they are quoting for an electrician to rewire what is already there?? I did rely on the Solar Choice review of the systems and I think you should amend your review to say that is has a back up feature but you need to request it prior to installation.
