The sale process was good
The sale process was good. It was agreed that, a separate circuit is required for the heat pump hot water unit. Installation is terrible. I have the plumber arrived as scheduled. I was required to pay before the work began. I paid. He removed the old unit okay. The electrician came and checked our switch board stating that, there is no room for a separate circuit. He looked for a powerpoint and found one which he said it is okay to instal the heat pump water unit connecting to that powerpoint. I asked if he can ensure, the heat pump along with other connection will not be overloaded or trigger a power outage. I received no answer. The electrictian was not happy to complete the job. he left. We are now left with water running out everytime we try using the bathroom.. Also we are left with no hot water unit being installed. We are not happy with what happened to us.
Install was good

Install was good ,The electrician did not understand timer properly,but ended up doing well.Plumber said no pressure reduction valve provided but he did provide one anyway. Been over 1 year now and no problems.
Overall decent.
Overall was pretty decent, plumber tried adding on a ridiculous $120 charge for parts before starting the job but I got that sorted quickly and AGS covered the charge apparently. About to go through a warranty claim as the compressor has died so will update after the outcome. Electrician left some wire offcuts laying around, the install is neat.
Heat Pump - Ecogenica
The compressor has died after a couple of months, beforehand it's quite noisy. The water temps were consistent and it did quite well until it didn't. Will do an update after I deal with the warranty service.
