We had an excellent experience with Autra Batteries from the initial sales call, quote, organising the installation and the installation itself. Dylan (who assisted us on the call) was very informative, answered all our questions clearly and gave advice suitable to our needs. Once agreed on the system, the installation process was seamless. I just had an EnergyLIB 48kWh battery system installed by AUTRA BATTERIES AUSTRALIA. It was a great experience from beginning to the end. The sales executive Daniel was professional, patient and very helpful. The battery was installed within a week and the technicians were pleasant to deal with and had it done as agreed. The customer service was quick and efficient to have the app set up ready to go. The battery system is performing well and has exceeded all my expectations. It is such a treat to watch on the app how the battery stores energy during the day and powers the house throughout the night. I just wish I had it done earlier!

Despite initial communication issues, the installation of the EnergyLIB 48kW battery and the Deye single-phase 10kW inverter was prompt - 8 days from deposit. The installers Kevin and Slater, were very helpful in offering a closer installation solution to our meter board than we had planned. They were very polite, professional and courteous. All the cabling and fittings completed are neat and tidy.

We received 3 quotes for a solar and battery system, but a colleague recommended Autra Batteries following their positive experience. We were glad we did. Angelle was excellent, the quote was competitive, and while there were cheaper offers, they came with poor reviews, which is something we wanted to avoid. The installation team were excellent, made an effort to hide cables in walls and the roof cavity, but also came back later in the evening to replace a part they weren't happy with. Overall, we are very happy to have been recommended Autra and have no hesitation recommending the team for solar and batteries.

Being located in the Mid North Coast of NSW, I was concerned on install timeframe after hearing stories from other installers taking months to book jobs. However Autra scheduled my install within 2 weeks of signing (although this had to be cancelled due to bad weather) and then again in another 4 weeks. The install crew were great on the day, install was neat and they ran me through everying. Overall very happy with the system and install.

Really happy with our new 42kW FoxESS battery installation. The pricing was super competitive and the process was smooth from start to finish. What stood out was how fast everything moved — less than a week from signing to installation. The installer were easy to deal with and did a clean, tidy job. They also installed our supplied EV charger at a great price, which made the whole upgrade process simple. After installation of the battery, our solar only produced 3kw/h. We later found it was due to the solar inverter restricting the generation. After getting in touch with the team and expressing my disappointment, they worked outside of business hours to rectify the problem although it was not their product causing the restriction. I am now a very happy customer. Special shout out to Ashley in sales and Li Hua in customer service.

The salesman Zane, was professional, friendly & wonderfully helpful throughout. I had loads of questions which he was only to happy to answer & always got back to me straight away. Communication all round was fantastic. The Installers were on time as per the communicated installation & they were friendly, courteous & efficient. They even worked right through a rain storm to make sure the installation was finished on time. I am still learning what to look for on the wifi app. but learning more every day.

My experience with Autra batteries was very quick and easy, I was serious about installing before May 1st and they came around within a few days! I was talking about wanting a bigger battery available to use with a VPP, they recommended the 48kW EnergyLIB battery with DeYe single-phase 10kW inverter. This was best for my circumstances and they recommended it off the bat, price was very reasonable considering its capacity size and the battery compact enough that it fit nicely in my garage. Would highly recommend Autra batteries and this service.

After clarifying everything, I'd signed the contract to install a Fox ESS Battery & inverter on a Monday afternoon, the installation was complete by 10.30 am the next day and I was playing around with the Fox ESS app during lunchtime! The installation process was smooth and quick (took about a couple of hours including app installation and a walkthrough). I didn't require any post installation support but Ben has been proactive in checking in with me if I needed any help that made me feel like am his only customer :-) !!!

Recently got installed 12kw Three phase with 48kw EnergyLIB Battery in my Newly built Home. Love the way it works in couple of days my usage was 21kw per day but now i can track and see that i’m only using 21w to 25w from the Grid. Everything is great and it supported my current Panels. Sahil was great and know what he is talking about. He explained about the 8000 Lifes cycles of the battery which is more than 2000 lifecycles comparing with all the other brands. Installers are professional and fhey were punctual. Whatever were promised in the contract were completed in a timely manner. It was a raining the whole day it didn’t stop them. Fantastic ! After weeks of research I decided to go with Autra Batteries over some of the longer term players. (Fox ESS 4800 41.83 , 15kw inverter AC'd to existing 6kw system, may upgrade in future) . Ben was fantastic and answered all my questions honestly and could install within a week. The Granville showroom gave me alot of confidence over others, as well as having their own installers, not subbed out. Jason and his crew were on time to the minute for the install (8am) which sealed the deal that I picked the right company. 2.5 hours later after unloading the van and installing, everything was done and battery charging from the panels. Take advantage of the rebates before they go up. Should have done this 9 months ago... Estimated pay back time is about 2.5 years.

The entire process was absolutely seamless. Angelle and Wei from Autra went above and beyond—super helpful, incredibly patient, and always ready with solutions. Our home had very limited space for the battery installation because of large windows and an AC unit, but they found a creative solution by relocating our side gate to make it work perfectly. The installation was quick, efficient, and they even cleaned up everything afterward, leaving no mess behind. We’re still getting familiar with the app and system, but overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Process was smooth from quotation to booking in the install. Easy process to take photos of my existing set-up to confirm if it would be compatible all done via email. Slight suggestion to improve the process is to be slightly more thorough on the quotation as I copped an extra charge to swap from AC to DC coupling in the day of install. Other than that, price was good, communication was clear, install went smoothly and app was setup for me to track the PV and the battery consumption.

First, clarify any extra wiring costs upfront—I had hiccup there because of my installation location requiring extra wiring. Once that was sorted, the experience was excellent. The team was very tidy and punctual arrived dot 7:30am as promised.. Workmanship was outstanding: conduits laid neatly, wiring tagged, roof work aligned to avoid extra holes, and thorough cleanup indoors and outdoors. They even cleaned minor marks in the attic. After-sales support was impressive—I had a fault alarm the next day (on a weekend), and they attended within three hours and fixed it promptly. Overall, great quality and responsive service.
