Class A Energy Solutions is a successful industry leader in solar sales, design and installation. Based in Glenunga in the Eastern foothills of Adelaide, Class A has completed thousands of solar installations across Australia, especially here in our local SA. We have a small and dedicated team with an incredible depth of knowledge of the Australian solar industry, built over the past 20+ years. Our staff has extensive experience in domestic solar systems and large-scale commercial solar installations, having sold and installed solar systems up to 1.3MW. Additionally, we are experienced in energy efficient lighting, energy efficient drives, energy optimisation and backup/hybrid generation systems.

Sales process was generally good. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand and had almost settled on a Sigenergy system before our discussions. The consultant became a little distracted at times, and although I originally intended to install a 42 kW battery, I was advised that a 24 kW system would be sufficient. With the rebate now in play, I now wish I had proceeded with the larger option. One genuinely helpful recommendation was the suggestion to use Amber Energy and their VPP app, which has been performing extremely well. The installers were excellent—friendly, punctual, efficient and tidy. They completed a very neat installation and cleaned up thoroughly. I have not needed any post-installation support to date (battery installed two months ago).
Battery - Sigenergy
I am very happy with the battery and the software provided. It has performed exactly as expected. I deliberately chose a non-Tesla option based on personal preference and have no regrets with that decision.
Virtual Power Plant - Amber
Very happy with Amber and the app. Plenty of control and very easy to join. While it’s still early days (only two months), the savings already look better than expected. The only thing I would change is installing a larger battery, as this would have allowed me to take even greater advantage of Amber’s pricing model.
