Won't attend site if any issue after installation day. Keep falsely claiming they will attend but don't give any date
They do the job on day, But negligible support offered after the installation day. Feel like they just after quick cash for first day only. They don't come back for any issue, keep saying to come later, no date fixed for any issues that you will get after day 1. Workmanship is poor, warranty is for name sake only with them. They barely answer calls too. I would avoid them in future, as they expect consumers to manually restart inverters each day (this is what is "normal" according to them), getting so many errors like isolation error, ground earth current leakage error, inverter power on self test error. And these guys keep saying get any other tradesmen to come and do job, cause they don't have time to come to Job again. This is barely 2-3months from installation, so you can only hope what the 10yr warranty is like, (a literal joke) Your system will stop making any power and these people won't care to attend at all.
Solar Panel - DAS Solar
Getting isolation errors, ground earth leakage errors. They look good, and produce good power as per rating tho, however idk what is the reason behind all these errors. It gets very hot on sunny days, it should have had some built in fan or something for cooling if they claim it's for outdoor, and is high tolerance inverter.
Solar Inverter - SAJ
No support for automations with energy for wholesale solar like amber, AI savings 2, negative price strategy (all fake advertisements) Get 1 error in system and inverter will stop making decent power, go to wait mode and stay there forever, until manually restart it
Battery - SAJ
Battery seem to be alright so far, No issue with battery by itself, Can use full advertised capacity. I just wish if it could do the whole house backup would have had been good.
Just had two 13
Just had two 13.2kw (30 neo panels) installed with SUNGROW inventors and 9.6 batteries in Robe and Yahl. Ebony and Dave and their crew were very professional and the layout was just what I imagined it would be. An electrical storm put the power out for a period but the job was finished. The clean up was great and the inverters and batteries placed undercover. Highly recommended.
Battery - Sungrow
Don’t know what the performance is at this stage but if we need to upscale from 9.6 kw we can add extra 3.2 battery at any time
Installed in September it is now 23rd of December still waiting for them to finish job and collect left over material have called twice and told lies each time quite pissed off with them, system working fine very unreliable company only tell you what you want to hear.
Solar Inverter - Goodwe
Told good mid spec inverter working fine at this stage only early days.
Battery - Alpha ESS
Chose this brand as I have 3 phase and most batteries only do single phase.
