This is the second solar system that Direct Solar installed for me., and I’m extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step and answer all my questions. The installation itself was completed on schedule with excellent attention to detail. All wiring and panels were neatly installed, and the system was tested thoroughly before handover. I appreciated how they managed all the necessary approvals and paperwork, making the process stress-free for me. Since the system went live, it’s been performing exactly as promised, and I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in my energy bills. Their post-installation support has also been outstanding, with prompt follow-up to ensure everything is working perfectly.
