I had to deal with inexperienced staff who made major mistakes and then refused to take responsibility or rectify the situation. They stuff up and then refuses to fix up.

Solar Inverter - Sungrow
This is not the inverter I wanted however because of ecg stuff up it is what I got. The system was set up to take a battery in a certain area which ecg advised would be acceptable, however it can not be placed where they said it could. They also charged us extra for wiring which cannot be used. Deposit paid 22/9/23 on basis it would be completed in October and job was not completed until 25/1/24
The entire process with ECG was a smooth and seamless.

The entire process with ECG was a smooth, seamless from the initial contact with the company. All office, sales staff and installers were courteous and professional in there dealings with us. They were happy to answer any questions we had and there were no unexpected surprises through the course of the installation. They were punctual, completing the installation in a timely and tidy manner. A free check of the system and cleaning of the solar panels was carried out a year after installation with no issues evident then or to date.

As with the solar panels I relied on ECG's expertise with the choice of inverter brand. I find the Wifi Monitoring app very informative and user friendly.

A seamless and painless experience as seems to be the general consensus with those that used ECG. Great communication from day one. Installation neat and efficient. Have already recommended them to a friend who wants to install a solar system.
