NO help from Electrifyme

So I had a 5kw battery on my home and it was working ok, but it was to small ,So I got Electrifyme to change it for a Hiconics 30 kw .It was installed on 22/10/2025 and has not worked probably yet, and it's been a week have been on the phone and are getting no help from ElectriFRYed me, one of the batteries has got a Fault light on and the manuel says to turn it off. So if it works OK but if it doesn't work Electir Fry me have no idea what they are doing.

Well it's not performing at all so NO and it's drawing power from the grid to run, The thing is that you can not take it back to the shop so you are stuck with it, If it goes up in flames and burns down my home who is going to fix that

I am absolutely amazed at their positive attitude

I am absolutely amazed at their tenacity to resolve unintentional problems. This attitude is a rare commodity in 2025. The sales rep, Luke was very helpful, explained everything making the process easy even when I changed my mind as which brand to purchase. The installation was completed along with a 4 head A/C unit at the same time by Electrify Me. The guys were great and did a very good job. I haven't needed any post installation support though I will need some help getting the wireless connection functioning so I can control the unit. My only problem with this company has been an internal communications problem with their accounts department. Again other staff came to the rescue to clarify the situation, even the sales person rang me to ensure it was all sorted out. The net result was that whilst the accounts people kept pushing for payment after a problem with my bank not transferring the funds I rectified the problem. Additionally, another support person found I'd over paid finding an additional discount offered was not included in the invoice. I was then refunded the discount. The entire invoicing issue was investigated and resolved internally without my intervention and that has impressed me. Mistakes were made on both sides but they resolved it of their own volition. Their mission is to satisfy their customers which is a rare thing today.
