We have just recently installed the battery system from Empower onto an existing 5.6kw solar panel array. We signed up to Amber to get the most from the system on the wholesale market. We were advised it would take full advantage of wholesale pricing. First impressions are it is a great looking battery. It is summer now and the system is working great. It is definitely taking advantage of wholesale pricing and adjusts perfectly to daily weather changes to ensure maximum use of payback into the grid at the right time while running the house. It is early but I can honestly say I am very happy so far. The team from Empower have been great answering my endless questions on how it runs. Love the technically of it but really you don,t need to know much because they keep an eye on it to ensure it is performing. I would definitely recommend this system, plus it's from an Australian company. We all know most parts are made overseas but these guys finish assembly and designed the software here in Australia.

Provided the right amount of info during sales process, installation was efficient and looks good, and really happy with it. After 3 months it’s working perfectly. Saving about $300/mth in electricity bills. Really happy with the integrated inverter and battery, so it’s one unit that fits in a carport cupboard. Really good to be able to buy from an Aussie company too as support is just a few suburbs away!
