The sales process was very well conducted with no pressure and lots of information including a site visit which avoids installation glitches. The installation itself was carried out very effectively and with no mess. The team lead was also well informed. The billing was only a 10% deposit with balance after installation. The only reason for four rather than five stars is a post-installation contact would have been welcome. The battery failed after one month but TESLA replaced it immediately.

Energy Buster were completely professional. I had done a fairly large amount of research before calling them and they were able to answer all of my questions and suggest better alternatives. We have since recommended them to three additional people, all of whom are extremely happy with their systems.
Solar Inverter - Fronius
Aside from a few niggles with their monitoring app, the Inverter itself performs flawlessly. I believe that some people find the fan in the Fronius inverters a little loud to be on the wall outside a bedroom. We haven't found this to be a problem.

They sent a consultant to inspect our property and discussed the best option for us. The installation was completed within a day and was completed by competent trades people.
