Sold FAULTY Inverter
I did not get what I paid for. A faulty inverter was installed and nothing done to replace it. The system is choked down to only getting half of the panel capacity, forcing us to pay a fortune for electricity from the grid. Our aim was to have a system that would reduce our demand for grid power to almost zero (with the obvious exceptions like overcast days). We’ve just been getting excuses with NOTHING DONE to remedy the problem. I held off posting this review to give Energy Solution Centre plenty of opportunity to fix the issue. I suspect that the response to this review will just be a repetition of the excuses we’re given.

The sales people were friendly and informative. The installers were very friendly and did an excellent job. Everything was done neat and tidy and all waste was removed. The 28.8kwh Goodwe system is working perfectly. I love the 3 phase Goodwe EV charger which works via an app. The installer downloaded the app and explained how everything worked. I give this company 10 out of 10. Also they have been around for a long time so if anything was to fail,I am confident they will be there to support me in the future.

Yes I am happy with the battery performance. I chose this brand as it was recommended by Energy Solution Centre as a low cost but reliable brand.
EV Charger - GoodWe
The Goodwe EV charger 3 phase is very app friendly and can be set to charge at any time. There are 3 settings. Solar only, Solar and battery, and Fast charging. It only uses 3 watts on standby.
