Forbes Batteries is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1982.

Our Products & Services
Forbes sells an extensive range batteries for any need including but not limited to: electronic devices, vehicles (motorcycles, cars, trucks, caravans), deep cycle, off grid solar and dual battery systems. We also sell power products and accessories such as battery chargers, inverters, cables, plug, sockets and much more. Batteries are our specialty and we pride ourselves on not only selling the best products based on a customer's requirements (e.g. budget, power, life-cycle) but also informing one on how to best use and maintain their battery. We're not here to rush you into a sale, instead, we want to ensure you know what you're buying and why we believe it's the best option.

Recently, we have ventured into the exciting enterprise of solar energy and have a steadily growing inventory of solar packages, batteries, inverters, controllers, panels and installation accessories. A significant portion of our solar inventory is sourced from Victron Energy as we trust in the quality of their products and, as a result, have entered into Victron dealership. Solar technology is constantly being developed and refined so it can be difficult to grasp at first, fortunately, we have experts who can elaborate on any solar related questions and explain how to extract the most value out of their system.

Our phones and communications department is proudly partnered with Telstra and is committed to offering the best advice on which: phone, tablet, internet device, car kit, antenna, UHF or accessory for you to invest in. This department has a wealth of experience and knowledge in all facets of communication and can provide the best solutions for any problem or query.

As a one stop shop, we also provide a variety of services to equip your new battery or fix your device as soon as possible. Our services include phone repairs for old and new models, vehicle installations for numerous auto accessories, free fitting and testing of batteries and lastly, satellite phone hire.
