If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I have not been able to use my heating and cooling units since the day they were installed. I’ve had multiple technicians come out, and each one gives me a different excuse, yet the problem remains unresolved. I was misled by their sales representative, Nick, who promised me the latest models, but I later discovered — and this was confirmed by one of their own technicians — that I was given outdated units instead. This is deceptive and dishonest. The company’s service, communication, and accountability are absolutely unacceptable. They have wasted my time, misled me, and failed to deliver what was promised. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business with this company — stay away. You’ll save yourself a lot of stress and frustration. I am now taking the matter to consumer protection authorities for misrepresentation and breach of trust

From start to end it was fantastic experience, quote process was smooth, got installation date & everything sorted within a week. And later got an email with all compliance certificates within 4 days. Highly recommend to everyone who is planning to go all electric ! Thanks for the seamless experience
