PLEASE be aware that this company cannot be trusted. They will promise you the earth and then deny they ever made the promise We signed a contract for a 30Kw battery system INCLUDING canopies 1. When system was installed, NO canopies were installed 2. When asked, they said, canopies were NOT in the contract 3. When showed the contract, they said, Öh, you do not need canopies!" 4. Installation was botched we could not run our washing machines as it would trip the circuit 5. They had to go back to battery manufacturer to trouble shoot. They said it was connected wrongly and took another 2 weeks to rectify 6. Asked a Growatt installer to come fix the issue... He took one look and said. Ï am NOT touching that! 7. They finally asked another Aussie contractor to come to look... He took one look and rolled his eyes!! 8. They then pressed me for payment - I said, you have not installed the canopies 9. Again they tried to get out of it 10. They finally sent someone to install the canopies and expected payment in 30 minutes 11. I checked, and the canopies were falling off 12. I asked them to fix it - they sent someone to glue the canopies with silicone! 13. I said this is unacceptable and it is still not rectified. 14. They said it was and cut the function of the battery 15. I asked for them to remove the system, which they have refused. STAY CLEAR of these cowboys!

Installed after delays on 5/08/2025 Battery is still not working to the house 27/08/2025 Poor communication from Glen and Ken who still can not tell me when it will be fixed Communication overall poor The batteries are still not working 07/09/2025 Mark is now dealing with the issues and still no one has come out to fix. Mark said they will be coming in the first part on this coming week - Another promise Do not Buy from Goal Solar

If something is wrong after it is installed, or you need help they won't help and will just try to sell you another system. Once they realise you don't want to make a purchase they will ignore you on all formats.
