My experience with Green Electric Solutions was extremely disappointing and stressful. After several inspections and a formal agreement, they cancelled my HVAC installation at 6:00 PM the night before the scheduled date, giving almost no clear or valid explanation. Their sudden cancellation caused major disruption and emotional distress to my family. Following the cancellation, the company made the refund process unnecessarily difficult and refused to refund the surcharge they charged when I originally paid — showing little regard for fairness or good customer service. Even more concerning, after their team accessed my ceiling for inspection, my existing gas ducted heating system stopped working. I reported the issue immediately to their representatives, yet the company refused to investigate or take any responsibility, leaving me to deal with the consequences myself. Based on my experience, I found their communication, professionalism, and commitment to customer care seriously lacking. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before dealing with this company.

I was very impressed with Green Electric Solutions. They gave me a great deal (good quality components), were very proactive about getting the solar rebate, and were very patient when I needed extra time for part of my roof to be fixed up pre-install. And throughout, very communicative and helpful. Installers were very helpful and happy to chat and let me know all the details of what they were doing.
