Be carful & don’t be fooled by their good reviews! Never delivered what they promised. On the surface it seems to be a well established company. But wait till you start dealing with them you will find out it’s the exact opposite. Wasted my valuable time waiting for installation (after being told certain brand/date), before changing they storylines 2-3 weeks later, asking me to go with their one & only Aircon brand which is not what they quoted on contract ( promised to refund just over one week ago & still waiting..) A very disappointed customer ( originally had high hopes of this seemingly trust worthy company, with intention to recommend lots potential new customers to GHGP, end up having to warn others not to trust them..!!) Let’s hope we don’t have to get consumer affair involved because they have promised refund since 17th June still waiting..!? (Pls Check their other one star reviews!) Very upset customer indeed..

Sales process was fine. However they delayed and rescheduled the installation by almost a month. They installed it lazily, adding in more piping and wiring when they could have tapped into existing pipes etc. the new pipes they added also were done in such a way that takes up a needlessly excessive amount of space.

Sales team were very helpful. They offered other brands but essentially convinced me that the Smart Power Tech was the way to go, In built E boost and a sleek design with modern feature and a high coefficient of performance. And the price they discounted the unit to was amazing. Very good experience.

Fantastic re sales to start with. Promised installation within a week. Now over 6 weeks and still waiting. They are not responding to my emails. Given up on them.

Good customer service, easy to deal with, installation was done well and on time.
