Sales process was good (as you’d expect)
Sales process was good (as you’d expect), I had to apply pressure to get it installed at the time they committed too, as they were trying to delay. Issues continued after installation - bad readings, battery disconnects. 3 months after the installation, I still don’t have a resolution. Seems like a great deal if they get everything right - but as soon as something goes wrong. Good luck. Multiple follow ups required, no genuine resolution. Think twice before going ahead.

It’s hard to tell if the issues are due to installation, or the system. The system itself could be more user friendly, it’s very hard to interpret.
Very professional installation team
There was a long wait to get the system installed without much feedback. The installation team were very professional and did very neat installation of all components. Connecting to the grid also took a long time without much feedback.

Extremely disappointed and a waste of time. After signing up weeks turn into months with no progress over three months. I receive ongoing promise from Joe Mark did not match what he promised. The lack of communication and broken promise from the owner himself I lost confidence. I am one of the unlucky customer and would not recommend
