Five stars nearly all the time
Five stars nearly all the time. The contract specified that the price was all inclusive but one of my electricity bills included a small charge for a solar application. Endeavour Energy made this charge and the electricity retailer passed it on. It required many phone calls over a number of days before I secured a reimbursement. Endeavour Energy proved to be almost impossible to deal with and the electricity retailer was difficult, too but some of the staff at Lenergy also contributed to the time and frustration. In the end a very helpful and efficient member of staff at Lenergy resolved the problem promptly.
Battery - ESY Sunhome
Generally very satisfactory but some of the energy my solar system is producing is being sent to the grid when the battery is not fully charged and sometimes the battery is substantially charged but power is being drawn from the grid. Lenergy have agreed to monitor the battery and advise.

The best solar solution!!!
Charles from sales was fantastic. He worked with me to design our best solution and explained all my options so I understand exactly what I was getting and why. The installers were equally as good. They fixed all the issues of our previous solar system. They worked so hard but they took the time to go over the system with us. Charles has been explaining different solar company options with me so I maximise my system. I’ve had no issues with our system since installing.
