Unhappy customer.
We had solar panels installed and the process was great. Last year we signed up for solar batteries, had to sign updated contracts several times. Had batteries installed last year and they still have not been switched on. It's now 4 months since they were installed and no communication from them. After I called, a lady did call me back but that was about 6 weeks ago and nothing. I now cannot recommend this company. Sorry I signed with them.
Battery -
It's is not switched on. They have not bothered to come and finish the process. Took my money though.

Poor After Sales / Post Installation Support.

The sales process was ok, but there was some confusion regarding what was quoted vs what would be delivered. The installation team were fantastic and went above and beyond to get the job done. Unfortunately the after sales / post installation support is almost non existent with multiple promises for someone to call us back and resolve the issue with our system. Currently system has been in now for approximately 12 months and still not working correctly.

The standard of the work conducted was great, the guys who visited and installed the system on site were fantastic. On time, well presented, open communicators and were a credit to the company. However, the pre and post purchase support and communication from the office was well below expectations. The installer actually researched, procured and installed replacement tiles for those items found cracked which was greatly appreciated. The lack of communication by the installers office and follow up on remaining work resulted in an incomplete job. Remotely cutting off system access to monitoring services during the troubleshooting period was not appreciated and has resulted in a souring of the overall job. 5/5 for the onsite guys and quality of work. 2/5 for the office support and communication. This could have gone far better.
