The system I have is 16 LG panels with Microinverters Initially I wanted panels on both sides of my roof. The electrician said he has a pre made wiring harness and it was not possible. The electrician left with the system not working. A month later they discovered that the panels they installed we not compatible with the Microinverters. The panel we eventually changed but the system still didn't work The new electrician came to install the new meters in the fuse box and initially he couldn't et the system to work. He discovered that the circuit breaker box on the roof was wired incorrectly. He fixed the problem and the system started working. I have just had a fault with one of the Microinverters not responding. Moregreenenergy no longer have a connected phone number and their support email doesn't work so I assume they are no longer in business despite there web page being still active. There are some new phone numbers and email address on the web page but they are not responding either. I'll have to find someone else to fix my problem. Enphase the suppliers of the Microinverters could only advise me to find a supplier of Enphase equipment but this is difficult in Sanctuary Point NSW Overall, the system has been working well until this fault with one of the Micrinverters.

The price was very competitive (I asked for upgrade to inverter and panels), delivery was on time, installation was professional. Support post-installation was at best patchy. Things have changed, but if I were to do it again I would add as many panels as will fit on my roof, and select an inverter that is battery-ready. Initially I often received a credit electricity bill from AGL but over time the FIT has been reduced from .20 to ~.08/kWh, the supply/usage charge has been increased from .29 to .34/kWh and the daily connection charge has increased .84 to .89/day. So my bills are considerably smaller than they otherwise would have been but not as spectacularly so as they were 4-5 years ago.

Poor: tried to fit panels that were different from the brand I had ordered. Only found out by accident otherwise I never would have known.

Contract signed on 6 June 2022. To date no system installed and company will not contact me about why installation has not occurred. Company will not answer repeated phone calls, not respond to phone or text messages and will not reply to emails. Not worth the hassle and have reported to WA Consumer Affairs.

the system was installed in feb 2022, yet we still get no feed in rebates , because mroe green ebergy has twice failed to register the system with western power, both times their approval has expired, becuase they failed to register the system. we still do not have a registered system and thsu the meter has not been changed. reeopated contact with more green energy gets nowhere. do not trust this group

it has stalled at the deposit stage as the panels fell of the CEC list and there were no installer willing to accept the job, we are too far away from CBD and the holidays and shortage of inverters have been the pain

The company was 5 weeks late in installing the product and fraudulantly tried to install other solar panels on the roof than the ones specified in the contract. If I hadnt come home 2 hours early from work on the day of installation I would not have found out. Also the company still hasnt arranged connection to the power grid and it is November 15 and the initial order was made in early August.

More Green Energy have very little experience in the industry. They were trying to sell me a 4kw system but the inverter was only rated to 3kw, after they changed that and I signed the paperwork they supplied the wrong inverter which slowed the western power application. They didn't follow up on anything unless I asked. There installers were good and they carried out a good job. I would not recommend more green energy to anybody.

All good. Took a little while to get someone back to install and explain the app. More information about the size of the installation beforehand would have been helpful.
