Hinen Solar Battery Installation
We used ShineHub due to them working with our council to provide an extra rebate. We found them somewhat disorganised and difficult to get in contact with. Our installers New Wave Solar & Electrical were fantastic and installed our new solar and battery system in less than a day. We had some issues with the Hinen app (my fault) and one phone call to Hinen (thanks Isaac) fixed the problem. System is working well. Now just to shop around retailers. Any advice? :)
Solar Panel - Risen
Happy with the system output and very happy with the look of the system on our roof (helped having a dark grey roof). Panels were part of the package purchased from ShineHub.

Excellent Sales Process with clear recommendations. Very quick booking, 1 week from when the deposit was placed. Installers were friendly, punctual and tidy on the day. No post-installation support required. All setup and run through.
Battery - Sigenergy
Extremely happy with the performance. The ability to customise and drill through to see the detail easily is very well thought out. The user interface is very easy to use and understand. I've also been really impressed with the companies handling of the recent issue where installers weren't following instructions on the AC plug installation. They simply upgraded the plug to prevent any potential mishaps from installers not paying attention. The battery is apparently designed for 0-100% use. It has some hidden head room.
