Outstanding Service and Workmanship
I engaged Platinium Solar Design in July 2025 to install a Sigenergy 24kWh Battery Storage System to integrate with my existing solar PV setup. From the first contact, the experience was exceptional. The quotation process was straightforward and transparent — no hidden costs, no deposit required, and every feature I requested was clearly detailed. Kristi-Lee took the time to visit my property to inspect the switchboard and confirm the details. She answered every one of my written questions carefully, following up both on-site and in writing. The installation was completed earlier than expected — only four weeks after signing — and the workmanship was outstanding. The team positioned the battery exactly where I wanted it and even added custom cover panels over exposed cables at no charge, purely to achieve a more polished, professional finish. They tested the system, demonstrated its operation, and ensured the app was fully set up before leaving. The garage was left immaculate — they removed all packaging and even vacuumed before departing. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, technical expertise, attention to detail, and pride in their work. Platinium Solar Design is a trustworthy and highly competent local business that delivers what it promises — and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, including my own mother.
