The sales and installation process was fantastic. I ordered the HWS at 1:00 pm on the Friday before Christmas and it was in by 9:00 the following Monday. You can't get quicker than that for a stock standard installation. There was a small leak from one of the intake pipes, this was fixed by 9 am the next morning. Again great service. Ideally you don't want there to be a problem but when it gets fixed so quickly with such little fuss, it gives you confidence in the integrity of the company you are dealing with.

Our existing Heat Pump is an Envirosun.com.au 240 litre Heat Pump -its dry cavity on top of the heat pump had become invaded with ants and an ant nest got into the control mechanism and the heat pump stopped working -Blacktown Hot Water was able to replace the Control panel and it now works fine -I can highly recommend Blacktown Hot water -they were prompt in attending and quickly determined the issue and all is now fine-invasion of ants is important to be aware and perhaps hanging an AntRid in the dry top cavity will ensure an ant free environment

Efficient and courteous installers. Arrived punctually and completed installation with a minimum of fuss.

The plumbing team did a good job. However, the electrician broke a couple of tiles, pushed the ceiling bat to the side, left wires hanging out of the junction box, and three light switches were malfunctioning—turning on one switch would activate a different light, and there was flickering as well. The following day, another electrician came and fixed the problem.

Unknown to us, we had a pre-existing problem with the electricals at our house that affected the operation of the heat pump. Same Day Hot Water Service went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly with no complaints. In addition, the work they did was extremely neat and competent. The staff and workers were friendly and helpful. Obviously stand behind their work even when the problem wasn't really their fault. Highest recommendation from us.

We received an initial online quote that we were happy with, we then requested a more accurate on-site quote, which was prompt. Once we accepted the quote, the installation was quick and straightforward. The whole process was smooth, no issues and for a reasonable price.

We wanted to get the Evoheat 270 as we'd had it before and loved it. Same Day Hot Water talked us into getting this one and I am so annoyed that I did. Dont get me wrong, this a perfectly adequate system, but it is a much, much MUCH poorer cousin to the identically (but functionally much more superior) Evoheat. If I had the money I'd sell this one second hand and upgrade to the Evoheat. It really wasn't that much more. To be honest knowing what I know now a out the iStore, I would have paid twice the price to get the Evoheat. Just annoyed at myself that I didnt follow my gut. The installer (Same Day Hot Water) was great.

Smooth and not pushy. Discussed my options and gave me honest feedback on the 3 units I was interested in (Haier 330, iStore 270 & Thermann). No post installation support. Install was quick and efficient, installers were courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. Very professional.

The system that I selected works as promised- I selected the iStore Heat Pump because of the design and features. It fits nicely in the existing location of my previous Gas HW unit. I am happy with the services of the company- the workmanship is good and I will highly recommend them to anyone.
