Smooth, polite and professional
Smooth and not pushy. Discussed my options and gave me honest feedback on the 3 units I was interested in (Haier 330, iStore 270 & Thermann). No post installation support. Install was quick and efficient, installers were courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. Very professional.
Heat Pump - Haier
Plenty of features. The Haier 330l unit is quiet and has more than enough capacity for my family of 5. Controller on the unit is easy to operate and read. SmartHQ app lets me view and change almost everything from wherever I am. Unit also looks very sleek. Not that I will look at it often, but definitely the best looking one I have seen.

Heart pump looks good and seems fine, but only just installed, so will take a year or so before truly know its quality.
Heat Pump Installation
The process from Inception to Completion was smooth. Friendly and Professional throughout the Installation. The system that I selected works as promised- I selected the iStore Heat Pump because of the design and features. It fits nicely in the existing location of my previous Gas HW unit. I am happy with the services of the company- the workmanship is good and I will highly recommend them to anyone.
Quick, thorough, willing to effect adjustment to installation (base was on soft soil and had to be removed, reinforced with concrete, then reinstalled) with minimum fuss.
Heat Pump - Apricus
Works well in the few months it has been installed. Minor complaint, when a shower is started, the water tends to runs hot, then briefly cold, before becoming stable hot. Old solar hot water system was stable hot from the beginning.
