Firstly let me start by saying that "Satellite Solar" the company I finally chose from the three companies provided to me by Solar Choice was excellent in every aspect of the process with the exception of one, delivery, which was not their fault but the fault of the unprecedented rush on batteries bought on by the government rebate provided. Another redeeming feature with this company they were the only ones to send a man to our house to check out the situation. Mike was an extremely pleasant fella, very knowledgeable and between us after considerable amount of time and conjecture determined where the battery should be positioned Our order was for 6 off "Goodwe" batteries. Joe had only three batteries left over from prior installations but rather than wait until he had six he decided to istal the three and deliver the remaining three when he finally got them, a decision I applauded. The two installers arrived on time early morning, Rob and Podge, two very pleasant, very capable young men spent the full day installing the three batteries whist also making allowances for the additional three to come. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left taking all rubbish with them. They also organised for a programmer to come in the next morning. The programmer arrived punctually, early the next morning, a young Indian fella, I apologise, I cannot recall his name only that he and his wife had a beautiful looking 6 month old daughter. In my assessment he was a very competent, very friendly young man. He struck a snag of some kind during the programming and had to eventually resort to contacting "Goodwe technical" for assistance and between them they sorted it out. He indicated that the job should probably only have taken approx 2 hours but instead he was here all day until late in the afternoon - he would not leave until it was sorted and the system up and running. Pleasing to see such a very commendable work ethic displayed by him and of course this company We are still waiting at this point for the remaining three batteries but the installed system is running at the reduced capacity In closing I would like to endorse this company and fully recommend them to anyone seeking solar installation
