extremely disappointing experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with a Smart Energy salesperson who visited my home on Sunday, January 12th. During our discussion about battery installation services, I mentioned that I was putting my decision on hold. Shockingly, the salesperson responded by calling me a "little shit" inside my own home. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a company. It has left me deeply upset and questioning the values and standards of Smart Energy. I have already lodged a formal complaint with the company and hope they take appropriate action to address this matter. If this is the level of customer service they offer, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before engaging with them.
