Installation of Givenergy battery and Rinnai Heat pump

Installation of both units Battery and Heat pump were carried out in a professional manner and both sets of installers were friendly and on time They both communicated with us well and took the time to answer our questions and explained the operation and set up of the heat pump, battery and gateway. the Givenergy Battery has performed faultlessly and the monitoring app is excellent allowing us to view real time battery and solar array performance We would not hesitate to recommend either Smart Energy or Givenergy to anyone considering a solar battery install

Heat Pump - Rinnai
I have Rinnai products for over twenty years and found them to be reliable and long lived. This heat pump is quiet and has many different Modes to choose from to suit every households needs and can be adjusted to suit seasonal changes easily
extremely disappointing experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with a Smart Energy salesperson who visited my home on Sunday, January 12th. During our discussion about battery installation services, I mentioned that I was putting my decision on hold. Shockingly, the salesperson responded by calling me a "little shit" inside my own home. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a company. It has left me deeply upset and questioning the values and standards of Smart Energy. I have already lodged a formal complaint with the company and hope they take appropriate action to address this matter. If this is the level of customer service they offer, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before engaging with them.
