SolarYoot is outstanding along with their installers
Dylan contacted us as a result of our inquiry through Solar Choice, as did two other companies. The end result was that we chose to work with SolarYoot because they were able to offer a greater selection of products and were very knowledgeable on all aspects of solar panels and batteries. We were guaranteed the installation would occur in 2025, which it did. We think DYLAN performed a bit of a miracle to get the install done during the time of the full Rebate. The installers, Sunshine Sparks, showed up on time, were efficient, worked very cleanly, and were able to get us online on the day and to explain the system to us. Overall, it was a painless, pleasant experience working with DYLAN and the Sparkies. We would highly recommend them to all homeowners looking to have panels and batteries installed. The system has been quite amazing over the last couple of weeks. We have not used any grid power since the install. We note that some wires were placed on a different breaker and we need to get that changed back to how it was. We are confident DYLAN will look after this and will update this review appropriately once it is finalised. Thank you to SolarYoot for making our process simple, informative and positive!!

The batteries are beautiful. They are very sleek, do not make noise, and the app is quite brilliant. You can see exactly what is going on with the production of electricity, where it is being used, how much power you have left on the batteries, when they are charging etc.
Virtual Power Plant - Origin Loop
it was very easy to sign up. We have not had a VPP event yet but look forward to the first one. Origin was already our electricity provider so it was natural to sign up with them. We did not want to take on the risk where it cost us to provide energy to the grid so this seemed to be very straightforward.

Dylan was a legend, very happy with what we installed (7.6 kWh system with a 21. 6 KWh battery), went from paying $16 a day imported to $0.16c ( not including daily rate), either way if you can afford a battery it’s a no brainer. We used solax inverter and battery, app is easy to use and my wife says lm spending way to much time looking at the sun catcher app ( ha ha), still waiting for my tee shirt Dylan.

The boys did an amazing job installing battery and solar at a very good price. Other installers couldn’t even come close to match the price for the same system and warranty. Dylan did an amazing job with organising the installation with Barry the installer. They got the job done with 3 weeks of deposit whilst other bigger installers quoted early March next year!

The quote was quite reasonable and a couple of changes that were made did not influence it. The workers were very diligent, they got I and did the job with energy and enthusiasm. The system is working great and the wifi telephone connection is very helpful. Next step is a connection to a VPP. I recommend these guys.

Happy with brand as they have a good warranty and are not the cheapest. Output seems to be good, but with nothing to compare, difficult to made an accurate assessment. We have a flat roof, so panels are not visible from the street.
Battery - Sungrow
Charges when the sun is out. hold charge well during the night. have not tested it with aircon cranking yet, but seems good to me.

They did a 16kw battery and updated new Sungrow inverter for us, at a better price than 3 other qoutes. Efficient and tidy install by Steve from Fraser Coast Energy for SolarYoot. The app is also fantastic with it showing how much you are producing, using, and excess going into the battery.
