Quality product and service-from Specialized Solar & Elecrtrical
Not the cheapest option -but quality products and service. Cost/quality effective with better warranty. Pretty good experience all round. Managed some difficult aspects well ( old rooftop solar hw system removal). Client support and interface good. Installers efficient, polite and skilled. very neat work and thorough clean-up. Would have no issue recommending Specialized Solar ( and their sub- contractors) to anyone who puts quality first over cost.
Heat Pump - Reclaim Energy
Market leading product. Particularly quiet heat pump. Clean lines ( elegant for plumbing). Excellent warranty. Good user friendly app.

Review left 2 years after system installed
Generally on time with reasonable communication and finished the job promptly. There have been a couple of faults that have had to be dealt with, communication was still good but felt i needed to follow up. The system also, wasn't registered properly so we had to chase up back pay for feed in to the grid.

System output seems good, even on cloudy days, the panels are aesthetically good.
