Had my faulty old heat pump replaced with a new Rheem heat pump. Impressive same day service and very pleasant installers. Unfortunately we had a fault in our electrical sub board and the heater wouldn't work. They sent their electrician out and he found the fault and fixed it in no time. I was very thankful as this fault was no none of their doing and yet they went out of their way to solve the problem anyway. Very impressed with the service I received.

Following expert industry leading advice with particular emphassis on quietness / efficiency. A quote was provided and further performance data convinced us theEnvirosun 330L was right for us. Within a week all arrangement for timely installation, and removal of old DUX HWS and the new installed. As arranged the seamless tasks were achieved to our complete satisfaction. Couldn't be happier from start to finish, would recommend the Company and HWS to all.

Well they installed the rheem heat pump hot water system and from installation it displayed an error code, we contacted them and they stated that it was still cycling.... and by the Monday I had called and was told that they would put a service call into rheem....which when I called Rheem they had never made any contact to rheem.... rheem were great and replaced my hot water system ....putting it bluntly it was stuffed from the installation. Okay it is not there problem that the unit they installed was faulty but the company could have at least called to ask how it was going....the thing is I have friends, family and work family that know what has happened and now are not going to use suncity hot water and the fact was it was the boss that we were talking to ..... yeah no do not recommend.

Sun City arrived on the organised day, the installation crew were verry helpful and professional. The unit had an electrical display panel fault, which took several trips by the superviser to rectify. Over all we are verry satisfied with the installation.
